Bailey is a graduate of the University of Winnipeg with a Bachelor of Arts degree with a major in Psychology. With over eight years of experience in the hospitality industry in various capacities, including leadership, Bailey’s priority is to always deliver a positive client experience. 

In her role as an Executive Assistant to Cameron and his team, Bailey manages scheduling, communication, administrative duties, and marketing. Her experience with clients and educational background are important in ensuring we bring a professional and practical experience to our clients.

Outside of work, Bailey enjoys spending quality time at the cottage with her family, outdoor activities and traveling.
